Reservations & Booking

  • You can book directly through our website, or by calling us at 631-728-1158

  • Cancellations made 14 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • 50% deposit/payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard) as well as digital wallets (Apple Pay + Google Pay). Any outstanding balance must be settled upon check-in.

  • Yes, modifications are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences. Contact us directly for assistance at info@hamptonsvacationinn.com or 631-728-1158.

Amenities & Services

  • Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. You will receive credentials and access upon check-in

  • Yes, we offer free on-site parking for guests. Please review our parking policies for further information.

  • All of our private cottages have full kitchens. Our standard rooms come equipped with mini refrigerators, coffee machines and microwaves.

  • Yes, we offer housekeeping services. Frequency depends on the length of your stay.

  • We do not offer breakfast. We offer grab and go items in our Surf Shack and there are fantastic local dining options nearby. Explore our favorite local gems for the best kept secrets in breakfast!

Policies & Special Requests

  • Our property is a smoke-free environment as we are pet-friendly and family-friendly. For your conveience we have a designated area on property for smokers. A cleaning fee applies for any violations.

  • We do our best to fulfill special requests, such as extra bedding, cribs, or accessibility needs. Please let us know in advance how we can make Hamptons Vacation Inn feel like your home away from home!

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: Check-in time is from 3:00PM EST and 8:00PM EST.

    Guests arriving outside of these hours must contact Guest Services in advance to make arrangements for check-in.

    Check-out: Check-out time is by 11:00AM EST

  • Guests will receive check-in instructions via email or text before arrival. Upon arrival you will check-in at the Front Office. We offer contactless check-in for convenience, arrangements must be made prior to check-in date by calling 631-728-1158.

  • Late check-out requests are subject to availability and management approval. Please note, unauthorized late check-outs may incur additional charges unless prior arrangements have been made with the management.

    • Heading East: 165 W Montauk Hwy, Hampton Bays, NY 11946, right in front of Riverhead Building Supply.

    • Heading West: 190 W Montauk Hwy, Hampton Bays, NY 11946, outside the Macy's parking lot, across from Riverhead Building Supply.

Pet-Friendly

  • Yes, we welcome pets in our designated pet-friendly rooms, which includes all of our Private Cottages. A pet fee applies.

  • Yes, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per stay. Please review our full pet-friendly policy for more details.

  • Yes, your four-legged family members will love our dedicated dog run, a safe and open space where they can stretch their legs, play, and socialize.

Rentals & Activities

  • Yes, we provide bike rentals and beach gear for guests. You can explore our rentals & activities here. Contact our front desk for availability.

  • Absolutely! We can assist with booking wine tours, fishing charters, boat rentals, and more. We encourage you to contact us at least 5 business days prior to your check-in date as summer in the Hamptons is very busy. This way we can assist you on putting together the perfect itinerary for you and your guests! You can also check out some of our Local Guides & Recommendations here.

  • We have an inground, heated swimming pool for our guests to enjoy! Open daily from 9am-7pm from Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day. Our guest experience agents can assist you in recommendations for local spas or in-room spa services.

  • We allow small to medium-sized dogs and cats. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet or traveling with a service animal.
